Encrypted backup
Sealed chat history stays on your devices by default. Optional encrypted backup lets you restore private history on a new phone without giving Buzzio a readable copy.
How it works
- Enable encrypted backup in the app.
- Buzzio stores encrypted blobs you control.
- Unlock later with your backup recovery key (not the 12-word seed alone).
- Staff cannot open the backup without your key.
